Here is a possible list of dos and don’ts for the kitchen:

Dos	Don’ts
Wash your hands before cooking.	Don’t run in the kitchen.
Keep the kitchen clean and tidy.	Don’t touch hot pans with your bare hands.
Use oven gloves when you take things out of the oven.	Don’t leave knives on the table.
Turn off the cooker after use.	Don’t play with matches or lighters.
Ask an adult for help with sharp or hot things.	Don’t leave the kitchen while food is cooking.

You can use this list to make a poster called “Be safe in the kitchen!”
