1. 1

A: Are you going to the winter festival again this year?

B: Yes, I am. I’m looking forward to it already and it’s only September.

A: I remember you had such a good time last year. It’s in October, isn’t it?

B: It’s actually at the beginning of November. I can’t wait.

   When is the festival?

2. 2

A: Hi. Aren’t you Jack, Sarah’s cousin from America?

B: Yes, I’m Jack, but I’m from Canada actually.

A: Oh. Do you remember me? We met last night at Sarah’s party.

B: Of course. You’re Lee from South Korea.

   Where does Jack live?

3. 3

A: Are you hungry, Amy? Would you like some biscuits?

B: No, thanks. I’ve just eaten some bread.

A: Oh. Well, I’m going to have a banana.

B: OK. I’ll have one, too.

What does Amy want to eat?
