Подробный ответ

Russian schools are different from schools in the UK.

Children in Year 1 are about six or seven years old.
There are four years of primary school, five years of secondary school and two years of senior school.
In primary school, one class teacher teaches most subjects.
In secondary and senior school, there is a different teacher for each subject.
The school year lasts from 1st September to the end of May.
There are three short holidays and a three-month summer holiday.
Lessons are usually from about 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., from Monday to Friday.
Students study Russian, history, maths and literature. English is especially important.
Most schools have a uniform, but some do not.

Answer: Russian schools have a long school year, different teachers for different subjects in secondary school, and a uniform in most schools. In the UK, schools are usually a little different in these things.
