Everybody says that the climate in Moscow is not very good. Moscow has long cold winters. It usually starts snowing in November and sometimes it still snows in March. There is a lot of ice and snow in the streets and squares of the city. The coldest month is January. Strong cold winds often blow in February.
Summers in Moscow are fairly warm. The hottest month is July. The most pleasant time is late spring and early summer. September is a very nice month too if it doesn’t rain. This is the time when Moscow looks best and it is the best time to visit the capital.
These days some climate changes are taking place: summers are becoming hotter and drier and winters are becoming warmer.
