Listen to the dialogue (32). Did Peter have good holidays last summer?
Ben: Did you stay in the city in summer, Peter?
Peter: No, I didn’t. I went abroad for my holidays.
Ben: Abroad? Did you go to Spain?
Peter: No, I didn’t. I went to Italy. It was my first holiday in Italy.
Ben: Did you stay in a hotel?
Peter: Yes. The hotel was not bad. My room was fairly comfortable, but I didn’t like the food.
Ben: Oh! Did you travel in Italy?
Peter: Not much. But I visited some very nice places. The best was certainly Rome.
Ben: What was the weather like?
Peter: Sunny and hot. I swam in the sea a lot. The water was clear and pleasantly warm. I can say that I enjoyed my Italian holidays. I’m thinking about going to Italy again next summer.
