Listen, (114), and read the poem.

John’s Balloon
By Anne Commons

John had a balloon
That went to the moon
He told me so.

Outside in the park,
Before it got dark,
He let it go.

It went up so high,
A dot in the sky
John could still see.

The moon has a spot,
A little black dot —
What else could it be?
