Hi,

I’d like to tell you about a popular dish in my country. One of the most traditional dishes is borscht. It is a beetroot soup with cabbage, potatoes, carrots and meat. People usually eat it with sour cream and fresh bread. Borscht is tasty, healthy and very filling. Many families cook it at home, especially in winter. I really like it because it is warm and delicious.

Best wishes,
Alex
