Correspondent: Good morning! Our guest this morning is Kevin Hasall, a computer programmer. But today we are not going to talk about his work. I want Kevin to tell us about his unusual hobby. Welcome. Kevin.
Kevin: Thank you! Hello, everybody! Correspondent: Kevin, I know that you like adventures, don’t you?
Kevin: Yes. I do. Everyday I spend eight or ten hours in front of the computer on the twelfth floor of the office building. My weekdays are ordinary and rather boring. But my weekends are different. Correspondent: And how do you spend Saturdays and Sundays?
Kevin: My friends and I go mountain biking in the spring. In the winter we go snowboarding. We also like diving in the summer.
Correspondent: There are a lot of other ways to keep fit and look athletic. However, you prefer risky sports, don’t you? Why?
Kevin: They are thrilling and I like amazing adventures. When I was a boy. I admired adventure books such as “Treasure Island» and “The Adventures of Robinson Crusoe». We often went hiking with my parents and I enjoyed adventure parks.
Correspondent: I see. But mountain biking and snowboarding are quite dangerous.
