I went hiking to the forest near our village.

My parents arranged the hiking trip. I took the things I needed in my backpack: a bottle of water, some sandwiches, a raincoat, a flashlight and a first-aid kit.

The weather was warm and sunny, so we enjoyed the nice weather very much.

There we walked round the countryside, made a fire, had lunch and played games. In the evening we slept in a tent and had a lot of fun. It was a real adventure.
