Mum: Right. ‘Mum’. Is that OK?
Jack: Yes, that’s fine. Now remember to turn on your microphone and speakers.
Mum: OK. What next?
Jack: Now select your friend’s user name.
Mum: All right, is that all?
Jack: (3) Finally, don’t forget to press the green button!
