Alice has Just come home, (действие только что совершилось)
The girls have already cleaned up the house, (действие уже совершено)

I have cleaned up my room. It took me an hour and a half to do it.

Have you cleaned up your room yet?

I did it yesterday. Today I’ve helped Dad in the garden. We watered the flowers and cleaned up the garden in the morning. It took me half an hour to water all the flowers!

Grammar for revision:

Present Perfect is used when the result is important: I have cleaned up my room.

Past Simple is used when the time is important: I cleaned up my room yesterday.

Just means “только что”: Alice has just come home.

Already means “уже”: The girls have already cleaned up the house.

Yet is used in negative and questions: The father hasn’t fed the dog yet.
