1) You forgot to phone your friend. Apologies to your friend. Your friend understands you.
2) You took your sister’s/brother’s CD. Apologies to her/him. Explain why you did it and promise not to do this again. Your sister/brother is not angry with you.
3) You’re late for your English class. Apologies to your teacher and explain why you are late.
