1 Put the lid on the saucepan.
2 Let the kasha sit for 10 min.
3 Add rinsed buckwheat groats to the boiling water.
4 Rinse a cup of buckwheat groats 2-3 times.
5 Turn the heat down.
6 Add milk, sugar, honey or butter.
7 Bring 2 cups of water to the boil.
8 Remove from the heat.
