Safety rules
Discuss with your parents when and how you will use the Internet, make some rulesand don’t break them.
Never give any personal information (your name, address, phone number, school, a photo, when you are at home alone) to anyone who contacts you via the Internet, unless your parents say it’s OK.
If you ever receive a message that frightens you, tell your parents or your teacher.
If anyone you’ve met online wants to meet you in person, don’t agree to do it and tell your parents about it.
Don’t open any e-mails from unknown addresses.
Never share your password with anyone except your parents.

I think these safety rules are very important because they help children stay safe on the Internet. I always try to follow them, especially the rules about not giving personal information and not opening messages from unknown people.

I would like to add one more rule: never share your location online and always ask your parents before downloading anything or joining a new website.
