Задание 24 Юнит 1 ГДЗ Вербицкая Forward 6 класс

Write a letter to an English-speaking friend about your favourite holiday/festival and send him/her a typical Russian postcard with the holiday greeting in English.

Dear friend,

I’d like to tell you about my favourite holiday — New Year. It is the most exciting holiday in Russia. We decorate a Christmas tree, buy presents and prepare tasty food. At midnight we watch fireworks and wish each other happiness and good luck.

I love New Year because it is a family holiday and everyone is in a good mood. We spend time together, talk, laugh and give presents.

Happy New Year! I hope you are well and have a wonderful holiday too.

Best wishes,
your friend

Postcard greeting: Happy New Year! Wishing you joy, health and happiness!
