Sample answer:

I ate cereal with milk for breakfast, a sandwich and an apple for lunch, and chicken with rice and vegetables for dinner. I also drank water and juice. Most of my food was healthy, but the sandwich and juice were not very healthy.

Compare with your partner: We both ate some healthy food, but my partner ate more fruit and vegetables than I did.
