We form the negative form of the Present Continuous with am/is/are + not + verb-ing.

We form the interrogative form with am/is/are + subject + verb-ing.

Examples:

• She isn’t making a wreath.
• Are you watching TV? — Yes, I am.
• Is he making a phone call? — No, he isn’t.
