British cuisine is special because it is simple, traditional and very varied. It includes dishes like fish and chips, roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, pies, sausages, baked potatoes and puddings. British people also like tea, sandwiches and breakfast with eggs, bacon and toast. Some dishes are very old and are connected with holidays and family traditions.
