Have you ever seen germs? Maybe you haven’t, but it’s important to know that germs, viruses and 1) bacteria are everywhere. The Venice Carnival
Every year there is a huge 1) carnival in Venice that is one of the world’s most colourful 2) festivals. The Venice Carnival takes place in spring and 3) lasts for eighteen days. The first Venetian carnival was in the eleventh century, so it is a very old 4) tradition. The Venice carnival is very popular 5) among tourists. Roald Dahl: early years
