Summer Salad
Ingredients:
4 tomatoes
1 roast chicken
1 lettuce
1 cucumber
I cup olive oil
a block of goats’ cheese
oregano/salt/pepper
Wash & chop the lettuce. Arrange it in a big bowl.
Chop the tomatoes, chicken and cucumber. Add it to the bowl. Cut the cheese into small squares. Add to the rest. Pour olive oil over the salad mix and season with oregano, salt & pepper.
A great light meal for the long, hot summer days. Perfect to eat in the garden.
