What are these school uniforms like? Which of them do you like more? Why?

These school uniforms are different. One uniform is more formal and строгий, with a jacket, shirt and tie. The other one is more comfortable and simple, with a sweater and trousers.

I like the second uniform more because it looks more comfortable and practical for school. It is easier to wear every day.
