One interesting animal I have learnt about in this unit is the orangutan. It is a primate that lives in the rainforests of Borneo and Sumatra. Orangutans have long arms and reddish-brown hair. They are very intelligent and can use tools. They spend most of their time in trees and eat fruit, leaves, and insects. Unfortunately, orangutans are endangered because people destroy their habitats. We should protect these amazing animals.
