How do you know you are coming down with a cold? What do you usually do to recover?

I know I am coming down with a cold when I start sneezing, coughing and feeling weak. My nose becomes runny, and I may have a sore throat and a slight fever.

To recover, I usually stay at home, drink warm tea, take medicine if necessary and get plenty of rest. I also try to eat healthy food and drink a lot of water.
