Project Work 6

Complete a new page of your English Album. During your holidays write what you did in summer to be healthy and fit. Illustrate your story with pictures.

During my holidays I tried to be healthy and fit. Every morning I did exercises and went for a walk. I swam in the river and played outdoor games with my friends. I ate a lot of fruit and vegetables and drank enough water. I also rode my bike and spent much time outside. In the evening I went to bed early, so I had enough sleep.

I think these habits helped me stay strong and energetic in summer.
