I attended GraFFFest last summer. It was held in Saint Petersburg every summer. The festival aimed to promote street art and help people appreciate this art form. There were many interesting activities, such as graffiti art, photography, film, computer animation, hip-hop concerts, and documentaries about graffiti. Artists from all over the world worked together on large pieces of art. It was a great and innovative festival, and all the events were free of charge.
I think street graffiti can be art if it is created legally and with talent. It makes cities brighter and more interesting. However, graffiti on private property without permission is vandalism.
