Подробный ответ

You should help your friends, explain to your parents everything about your problems, read more books.

You shouldn’t smoke, watch video and TV too much, go to bed after 10 p. m.

Why? Helping friends is important. You should tell your parents about your problems because they care for you and will do their best to help you. Reading more books develops your imagination and may be useful one day.

Why not? Smoking is bad for your health. Watching video and TV too much is bad for your eyes. If you go to bed after 10 p. m., you will be too tired to do your school work the next day.
