Write a short story of what you do (or would like to do) to be fit. Use the word combinations from Section 2.

I do my best to be fit. Every morning I do exercises and sometimes go jogging in the park. I try to eat healthy food: vegetables, fruit and porridge. I also drink a lot of water and avoid too much fast food and sweets. In my free time I play football with my friends and ride my bike. I think regular sport and healthy eating help me stay strong and energetic.
