My hometown is Moscow. It was founded in 1147. Today its population is over 12 million people. Moscow has a continental climate, so winters are usually cold and snowy, while summers are warm and sometimes hot. The city is famous for its beautiful architecture, historical places and museums. The Kremlin and Red Square are among the most well-known sights. Moscow is the capital of Russia and one of the largest cities in Europe.
