The three least necessary rules:

1. Wear a school uniform every day.
2. Go to bed at the same time every night.
3. Watch only educational TV programmes.

Reasons: These rules are important because they help us be responsible, healthy and well-organized. The last three rules are less necessary because they are not always important in everyday life.
