Paul: Why do you want to work here?

Rachel: I like working with children, and I think this job will help me gain experience.

Paul: Do you have any previous experience?

Rachel: Yes, I have helped at a summer camp and I have also looked after my younger cousins.

Paul: What are your strengths?

Rachel: I am responsible, friendly and hardworking.

Paul: When can you start?

Rachel: I can start next Monday.
