Speaker 1: Well, this month I’ve been providing all kinds of services to my customers. I’ve been cutting and styling hair. I’ve been also advising clients about hair care and recommending the beauty products. Oh. I’ve been answering calls because the receptionist is ill. Nobody will come if we don’t answer the calls. And I’ve bought some new equipment for curling hair. Everybody wants to look nice and people keep coming to me.
Speaker 2: What have I been doing this month? Well. I’ve been handling customers. I’ve been helping customers with all kinds of money transactions. Same people want to get cash, some people want to make payments, and others need financial advice. Everyone knows how to spend money, but most people need advice on how to save money
Speaker 3: I had so much to do this month! First, I’ve been learning my lines. I suppose I’ve learnt more than a half. I play a Russian ballerina so I’ve also been working with a personal ballet trainer. Of course, I’ve had some ballet training before. No one can play a ballerina without some ballet experience. And imagine. I’ve been taking lessons In Russian’ No. I haven’t learnt the language, but I can say a few words in Russian now. Don’t say everybody can do it!

- Speaker 2: I’ve helped customers with all kinds of money transactions.
- Speaker 3: I’ve learnt more than a half.
В этих предложениях употреблён Present Perfect, потому что важен результат действия: куплено оборудование, оказана помощь, выучена большая часть текста. Здесь не подчёркивается процесс, поэтому Continuous не нужен.
