Hi everybody. I need your advice. I have a younger brother who is not really keen on studies. He doesn’t like going to school, he is into computer games and playing football. He thinks school is a waste of time and doesn’t understand why he should go on with it. Could you help me persuade him to take school seriously? Why do you go to school?
November 7th 8.40 p.m.
Going to school is a must for me. My goal is to become a computer scientist. I think this profession is very interesting and useful. But I cannot get it without first learning how to do my job, which is where school comes in. School not only teaches me how to do my job, but gives me courage, turning me into the hard worker that I know I can be.

Family is what gets me to go as far as I can in education.
I want to be able to tell my kids that I went to college and achieved what others said couldn’t be done. I want them to be able to look at their mother and know that if they aim for the sky, they will hit the stars.

I come to school for many reasons. The main reason is my I parents. I know my parents worked hard to make sure 1 got I an education. I don’t want to make them feel like I’ve wasted I their efforts. I want them to be proud of me. Also I go 1° school to learn new things and better myself.

Why do I go to school?

I go to school because I want to get a good education and have a successful future. School helps me learn new things, develop my skills and become a responsible person. It also teaches me to work hard, be disciplined and communicate with other people.

Another important reason is that school gives me a chance to make friends and discover what I am good at. I think education is very important because it opens many doors in life and helps me achieve my goals.
