In my opinion, the changes Tony Spratt speaks about are mostly a change for the better. Life used to be slower and less comfortable, but now people have more opportunities and better technology.

As for me, these changes are a positive change. It’s better now, because life is easier and more convenient.

To my mind, some changes can also be a negative change, because people sometimes have less free time and communicate less with each other.
