Portfolio: Act out a short dialogue between Mr Otis and the Canterville ghost.

Mr Otis: Who are you? Why are you making all this noise?

The Canterville Ghost: I am the ghost of Canterville Chase. I have lived here for many years.

Mr Otis: I’m not afraid of you. You can’t frighten my family.

The Canterville Ghost: Everyone is afraid of me! I have tried to scare many people.

Mr Otis: Well, you won’t succeed here. We are modern people.

The Canterville Ghost: Then what am I supposed to do?

Mr Otis: Perhaps you should rest and stop frightening people.

The Canterville Ghost: Maybe you are right. I’m tired of being a ghost.
