Sir Isaac Newton was one of the greatest scientists in the world. He was born in 1643 in England. Newton studied at Cambridge University and became interested in mathematics, physics and astronomy.
He made many important discoveries. He explained the law of gravity and the movement of planets. Newton also worked out the laws of motion and made a great contribution to science.
One famous story says that Newton got the idea of gravity when he saw an apple fall from a tree. Whether this story is true or not, it is connected with his name.
Newton was a very clever and hardworking man. His ideas changed science and helped people understand the world better.
