There is a very old oak tree in our park. It is more than 200 years old and is considered one of the oldest trees in the region.

Our town also has a record for the largest annual school sports festival. Every year many pupils take part in it, and the event becomes bigger and more interesting.

Another local record is the longest bridge over the river near our town. It was built many years ago and is still used every day.
