In my opinion, there are some things that are more difficult in Russian than in English. For example, Russian grammar is more complicated because there are many cases and word endings. Also, Russian word order can be changed more freely, so it is sometimes harder to learn.

At the same time, I think some things are easier in Russian. For example, there are no articles in Russian, and this is easier for English learners.

I agree with Misha that it is easier to form plurals in English. In English, plural forms are usually simple, while in Russian they can be more difficult. I also think that using tenses in English is easier in some ways, because English has fewer verb forms than Russian.
