James: Good morning, Doctor. This is James Brown. I’m calling about my granny. Could you tell me what’s wrong with her?

Doctor: I’m afraid I can’t discuss my patient’s condition over the phone. Doctors must keep their patients’ secrets.

James: I understand. Then could you please tell me your surgery hours?

Doctor: Certainly. I see patients from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on weekdays, and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

James: Thank you very much, Doctor.
