- There are three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
- The four sections are Volunteering, Skills, Physical and Expedition.
- You can start your Bronze programme at the age of 14.
- Your Silver programme takes at least 12 months to complete.
- Schools, youth clubs and Scout groups run the DofE almost anywhere in Britain.
- The advantages are that it is great fun, helps you try something new, improve your skills, make new friends, and achieve personal goals. You also get a certificate when you finish.
