present simple
o We use the present simple for routines and habits.

Adverbs of frequency

o We use adverbs of frequency with the present simple to say how often we do something.
o Adverbs of frequency usually go before the verb.
He often studies in the library on Saturdays.
o Adverbs of frequency go after be.
