Dear all,
Here I am in Notting Hill. Everything is all right, please don’t worry. The family I’m staying with is very nice. They introduced me to some of our neighbors.
Dear all,
Here I am in Notting Hill. Everything is all right, so please don’t worry. The family I’m staying with is very nice. They introduced me to some of their neighbours, and I have made a lot of friends here. We meet up almost every evening to go out for something to eat or to see a film.
I have made a lot of discoveries. For example, the English are far friendlier than I expected. They are very friendly to outsiders. Everyone has been really nice to me since I got here.
Write back soon.
Love,
Barbara
