I’d like to present my project about a healthy lifestyle. I think it is very important for teenagers because it helps us feel better, have more energy and study more successfully.
In my opinion, the best way to stay healthy is to eat balanced food, do sports regularly and get enough sleep. I chose this topic because many teenagers spend too much time on computers and do not move enough.
I also think that a healthy lifestyle is not only about food and exercise. It is also about a good mood, positive thinking and spending time with friends and family.
That is why I believe my project is useful and important for everyone.
