I think doing sport is very important. On the one hand, sport helps people stay healthy and strong. Besides, it teaches us to work in a team and to be disciplined. More than that, sport gives us energy and good mood.

On the other hand, watching sport on TV is also interesting. It is a good way to relax and learn more about different games. Though I enjoy watching matches, I’d rather play sport than just watch it.

The best thing about doing sport is that it makes people fit and active. The worst thing about watching sport on TV is that it does not give you enough exercise.
