1) Helen could say that she worries about what she eats because she thinks that it is hard not to worry about food and that everyone wants to be like a supermodel.
Kate could say that she does not have a problem with the way she looks because she thinks that what is inside counts and that she does not feel comfortable exercising in front of other people.
Bob could say that people should eat sensibly and do a lot of exercise because he thinks that healthy food should be made to look cooler and that healthy food is better than junk food.
2) I think Helen’s opinion is close to mine. There is something in what she says, because many teenagers worry about their appearance.
I agree with Kate’s idea that what is inside counts. But I can’t agree with the opinion that exercising in front of other people is uncomfortable.
I also share Bob’s opinion that people should eat sensibly and do a lot of exercise.
3) Being healthy for me is eating good food, doing exercise and having enough sleep. As for me, I try to eat sensibly because it helps me feel better. Besides, I think people should be active every day. Maybe a healthy lifestyle is not always easy, but it is worth it after all.
