My Project: A Healthy Lifestyle

I think a healthy lifestyle is very important for teenagers. That is why I chose this topic. In my project, I want to speak about healthy food, sport and a good daily routine.

First of all, I believe we should eat more fruit and vegetables and less fast food. I chose this idea because food has a big influence on our health.

Secondly, I think regular exercise is necessary. I prefer walking, cycling and playing football because they help us stay fit and energetic.

Finally, I would like to say that a good sleep schedule is also important. If we go to bed early and get enough sleep, we feel better and study more successfully.

To sum up, I chose this project because it is useful for everyone. I hope my classmates will agree with my ideas.
