You can: 1) eat in a fast food place and then visit a sports club to do some exercises; 2) buy and cook homemade food. But then you have no time to visit a sports club. 3) What will you choose?

I would choose to buy and cook homemade food. It is healthier than fast food, and I can always do exercises at home or go for a walk later. I can change the situation by planning my time better: for example, I can prepare food in advance or do a short workout after dinner.
