Подробный ответ

The statistics show that travel habits in my country are quite different from British travel habits. As far as I know, most Russian people prefer to spend their holidays in Russia, because travelling abroad is still too expensive for many families. Besides, only a small part of people can afford travelling abroad.

On the whole, I can say that package holidays are the most popular type of travelling abroad among Russian tourists. Independent travel is also quite common, but business trips and visits to friends and relatives are less popular.

Compared with British people, Russians travel abroad less often and usually spend less money on holidays. British tourists, as a rule, travel more freely and independently, while Russian holidaymakers often choose package tours.
