Teens from all over the world like sport. Listen to three teens and say what sports they are talking about. Why do they do these sports? (listening for detail)

1. Cricket — because it is interesting and intelligent, and the players wear white trousers, shirts and jumpers.

2. Football (soccer) — because it is an exciting game for real men; there are 11 players in each team.

3. Karate — because it helps to become strong and confident and to defend oneself and other people.
