Today I’d like to present my project about healthy living. I think healthy living is very important for teenagers. To stay healthy, we should eat healthy food, do sports regularly and get enough sleep.

First, healthy food gives us energy and helps us grow. Second, sport makes us strong and active. Third, sleep is necessary because it helps our body and brain rest.

I believe that if we want to be fit and happy, we must take care of our health every day.
