Подробный ответ

Выполнение

1) Role play

A: I’d like us to choose a tour we both enjoy. Let’s look at all the options. The first one is Russian Winter in Karelia. It includes Petrozavodsk and Kizhi, hotel or homestay accommodation, horse-riding, skiing and sightseeing. It costs 7000 roubles for 5 days.

B: It sounds interesting. I like winter activities, but I’m not sure about the weather.

A: The second tour is Christmas Holidays in Russia. We can visit Novgorod and Veliky Ustyug, stay in a camp, and take part in Christmas celebrations and sports. But it is quite expensive — 13,500 roubles for 5 days.

B: Yes, it is a bit expensive. What about the third one?

A: Lake Baikal is cheaper — only 4,500 roubles for 3 days. We can stay in a homestay or camp and go fishing, skiing and skateboarding.

B: That’s a good price, but it is only for 3 days. We need a whole week together.

A: The last tour is Two Capitals. We can visit Moscow and St Petersburg, stay in a hotel, go sightseeing and travel by train or guided coach tour. It costs 10,500 roubles for 4 days.

B: I like this tour best. Moscow and St Petersburg are very famous, and sightseeing sounds exciting.

A: I agree. It is interesting and not too expensive. We can also afford some extra activities.

B: Great! Let’s choose Two Capitals.

2) Invitation to my hometown

Come to my hometown! It is a beautiful and friendly place with a rich history and many interesting sights. One of the special things about my hometown is its peaceful atmosphere and old architecture.

There are many tourist attractions here: a central square, a local museum, a park, a river embankment and several historic buildings. In summer, tourists can walk around the city, take photos, visit museums and enjoy boat trips. In winter, they can go skating, skiing and enjoy the snowy streets.

I think my hometown could be the best place for you because it is not crowded, but it is still very interesting. You can learn more about Russian life, relax and have a great time here. I’m sure you will enjoy your holiday in my hometown.
